Oscar Claude Monet, was
born in Paris in November 14, 1840. He is the most famous
impressionist painter, because in his paintings, he always reproduce
the lights, be the moon, be the sun, he prefer painting outdoors and
makes the light interfere in the matter, create shapes and give life
to the art.
This
painting is “Woman with a Parasol - Madam Monet and Her Son”, it
was painted in 1875 by Claude Monet. This paint portrait his wife,
Camille Monet, who also appears in many paintings of Monet.
It shows the beauty of the woman and express the love and the
affection by her.
The
weakness point of the painting, is the lights and the sun, that
represents, the simplicity. We choose this painting, because shows
the beauty of a simple landscape and the skills of light used by
Monet, whose are incredible.
